Since 1965, Hickory Hill Campground has been creating camping traditions in the heart of Illinois countryside. Our well-established campground combines classic outdoor experiences with modern amenities that make it perfect for weekend getaways, family vacations, or as a comfortable base while working in the area.
Located in Secor, IL, we’re conveniently close to major hospitals, construction sites, and business centers, while still providing that peaceful retreat feeling that makes coming “home” after a long day so satisfying.

Zeschke Fest
On Labor Day Weekend
Hickory Hill Campground is host to Zeschke Fest, an annual tradition that was started in 2013 by Cary and Terri Zeschke. It serves as a heartfelt tribute and a crucial fundraiser for HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes. This event not only celebrates the spirit of camaraderie and adventure but also reminds us of the sacrifices made by our military heroes.
Zeschke Fest brings together families, friends, and the community to honor, support, and give back to those who have selflessly served our nation. Join us each year for this incredible journey of gratitude, unity, and fun!
Over the years
Zeschke Fest has proven to be a weekend full of activities and family fun for all. These have been just a few of the features:
